well dude, the truing stand isn't used. it is brand new in an unopened box and it comes with the base. this is just a photo as an example. also the site you linked on my photo is an american site with american pricing. Some one can pay 215.00USD approx. 222.00 cnd then $50.00 shipping and then another 40.00 in duties when it crosses the boarder. It also doesn't include the nifty base. So whats a better deal for my local customers?

28inch wheels are bigger than 29inch wheels.
a 28inch wheel has a 635mm diameter
while 700c or know as 29inch in the mtb community has a 622mm diameter.
this truing stand will work with your 29ner wheels :)
